Enrollment Process

There are not many steps to the enrollment process

1. Submit either the online application or print out the application and mail it or fax (866-252-9220) to us.
2. We will review the application for any missing information
3. We would like to have a recommendation form your pastor that can be sent to register@BISOS.org
4. Once we have you set up in the system, you will receive an email with further instructions
   1. You will have the opportunity at this time to review the BISOS platform agreement
   2. Finalize your payment program
5. The email will also give you the instructions to set up your username and password for your login

That is about it.
